So I have been losing a little at a time. It is exciting, but my whole life I have gone up and down 5 lbs weekly. So I'm not going to get to excited about it.
I have spent the last 2 mornings in the gym. It is so much better than feeling crappy all day. And I thought that I would be all tired at night. But I still had so much energy that I could barely sleep!!
Let's see how this week goes....I did make it a full 45min cardio today. Before today I could barley do 30. I spent 33 on the sitting elliptical and 12 on the treadmill.
Feeling good.
