Yesterday was my 1st work out. It was good I just did the weight training and I'm a little sore today but not much. I'm looking at three days of cardio and 3 of weights. Today I can't fit it in to go, not that I don't want to but life is busy. I'll be back tomorrow and then find the best routine for next week.
I felt really good after lifting, now to get my diet on track and I will be pretty set.
