Workouts have been good and results have been great. Now I just have to figure out my eating. I think I need to plan my meals better or at least my snacks. I need to have stuff at work that is fresh to eat.
Today is Christmas so I didn't get to go to the gym. But I did well eating besides the 5 coconut balls and 2 scoops of peppermint ice cream!!!
